Chicken n' Broccoli Casserole
2 10oz frozen broccoli pieces
2 cups cooked diced up chicken breasts (about 3)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup ( I use Campbell's)
1cup mayonnaise (best foods works the best)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Will feed 4 to 6 people and I serve French bread with it.
-Cook broccoli and drain most of liquid, place in casserole dish about 8 x 10 or a little bigger.
-Cut up cooked chicken layer it over broccoli in casserole.
-In a bowel combine soup, mayo, lemon juice , and curry powder. Mix very well with wisk and pour over chicken & broccoli.
-Cover top with bread crumbs bake at 350 for 30 mins then top with cheese and put back in oven until melted completely.
-Serve
